CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet ray-based sterilizing apparatus with a watertight function includes a body(2), an ultraviolet ray-based sterilizing part(3), and a cap(4). The body includes an introducing part(21) and a discharging part(22). Ballast water is introduced into the introducing part. The discharging part discharges sterilized ballast water. The ultraviolet ray-based sterilizing part includes an ultraviolet lamp. The ultraviolet lamp is located in the body and irradiates ultraviolet ray to the ballast water by receiving power from the outside of the body through a conductive part.
