PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a limb compression device in which the limb compression operation that decreases the burden to a patient can be realized.SOLUTION: The limb compression device for controlling compression and release of a limb by controlling the air supply and air release in a cuff part wrapped around the limb of a patient, the cuff part being connected to the limb compression device, repeats a predetermined number of iterations of: an ischemia period during which the air supply to the cuff part is controlled, the limb is thereby compressed by a set ischemia pressure value, and the peripheral side from the compressed site is placed in an ischemic state over a pre-established ischemia period and a perfusion period during which the air release in the cuff part is controlled to release the compression on the limb, and blood is allowed to perfuse, over a pre-established perfusion period, into the peripheral side which had been placed in an ischemic state. The limb compression device has a detection unit for detecting the pulsation on the peripheral side from the compressed site caused by the cuff part, and applies pressure by the cuff part up to the ischemia pressure value on the basis of the systolic blood pressure of the patient as measured by the detection of the pulsation.
