Provided are an antifungal composition containing: 3-20 parts by weight of sodium hypochlorite； 1-10 parts by weight of sodium carbonate； 5-10 parts by weight of a viscosity agent； 5-10 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles； 5-20 parts by weight of an antimicrobial substance； 2-10 parts by weight of a surfactant； 1-15 parts by weight of a binder； 0.1-10 parts by weight of re-emulsified polymer powder； 30-150 parts by weight of a solvent； and 3-10 parts by weight of a denatured silane silicate composite, based on 100 parts by weight of a polymer resin and a construction method using the same. The antifungal composition according to the present invention, specifically, the antifungal composition containing sodium hypochlorite, inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi causing damage to the surface of objects by applying to a building, for example the surface of a wall, a floor, a ceiling, or a drywall used as an adiabatic wall, thereby being able to enhance the durability of the building, prevent damage to finishing materials used for finishing the building, and prevent the generation of odors.본 발명은 고분자 수지 100중량부 기준으로, 차아염소산나트륨 3 내지 20중량부； 탄산나트륨 1 내지 10중량부； 증점제 5 내지 10중량부； 나노세라믹입자 5 내지 10중량부； 항균성 물질 5 내지 20중량부； 계면활성제 2 내지 10중량부； 바인더 1 내지 15중량부； 재유화형 폴리머 분말 0.1 내지 10중량부； 용매 30 내지 150중량부； 및 변성실란실리케이트 합성물 3 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 곰팡이 방지제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 곰팡이 방지제 조성물, 특정적으로 차아염소산나트륨을 포함하는 곰팡이 방지제 조성물은 건축물, 예를 들면 벽면, 바닥, 천정 또는 단열 벽체로 이용되는 석고판 등에 도포됨으로써, 대상표면에서 손상을 야기하는 박테리아와 곰팡이 등의 생육이 억제되어 건축물의 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 건축물의 마감에 사용되는 건축 마감자재의 손상을 방지하고, 악취 발생을 차단하는 효과가 있다.
