PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe gasket excellent in performance such as sealing performance, sliding performance, durability against repetition of sliding, and chemical resistance.SOLUTION: A base material gasket 1 comprises: a wetted part 2 that contacts a chemical solution in a syringe and does not contact an inner wall of the syringe at the time of sliding a sliding part 3 that contacts the inner wall of the syringe at the time of sliding and a fitting hole 4 into which a plunger rod is fitted. An inert film 5 is laminated on the wetted part 2 and the sliding part 3. By arranging the inert film 5 in this manner and forming polymer chains on a surface of the inert film 5 on the sliding part 3 and the wetted part 2, chemical resistance of the gasket 1 is improved and sealing performance and sliding performance can be simultaneously realized.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】シール性、摺動性、摺動の繰り返しに対する耐久性、耐薬品性等の性能に優れたシリンジ用ガスケットを提供する。【解決手段】基材ガスケット1は、シリンジ内で薬液に接触し、摺動時にシリンジ内壁に接触しない接液部2と、摺動時にシリンジ内壁と接触する摺動部3と、プランジャーロッドが嵌合される嵌合穴4とを有する。接液部2及び摺動部3に不活性フィルム5が積層されており、不活性フィルム5をこのように配置し、更に該不活性フィルム5の摺動部3や接液部2の表面にポリマー鎖を形成することにより、ガスケット1の耐薬品性を向上するとともに、シール性、摺動性を両立できる。【選択図】図1
