A fluid dispensing system (3) for dispensing one or more fluids from one or more reservoirs (2) to a dosing device (4), the dosing device being adapted to dispense one or more of the fluids to a patient, the fluid dispensing system (3) comprising one or more reservoirs and a reusable interconnection assembly (1), the reusable interconnection assembly (1) comprising for each reservoir (2): - a first part (7) of tube for establishing a fluid connection from the reservoir (2) with a corresponding filling chamber (5) of a filling and injection device (6), each filling chamber (5) being provided to store a quantity of fluid from the reservoir ( 2) corresponding and comprising a moving part; - a second tube part (10) for establishing a fluid connection from each of the filling chambers (5) to the dosing device (4); - a first particle filter (13) positioned downstream with respect to one or more of the filling chambers (5), in the second tube part (10) of the reusable interconnection assembly (1), oriented downstream with with respect to the filling chambers (5), such that the first particle filter (13) can be reused for several patients; characterized in that: - the first particle filter (13) is to prevent particles of a size greater than 0.5 μm from being injected into the patient; - the fluid dispensing system (3) is capable of withstanding a fluid pressure of up to 8 MPa; - each first tube part (7) comprises a first unidirectional valve (8) that is oriented such that, in use, the fluid is allowed to flow from the reservoir (2) to the filling chamber (5) but It prevents it from flowing in the opposite direction. - each second tube part (10) comprises a second unidirectional valve (9) that is oriented such that, in use, the fluid is allowed to flow from the filling chamber (5) to the device (4) of dosage but it is prevented from flowing in the opposite direction; - when the moving part in the filling chamber (5) moves inwards in the chamber (5), the liquid is extracted f
