Provided is a drug-immobilized membrane which comprises: a substrate； a functional group formed on a surface of the substrate； and a drug combined with the functional group and immobilized on the surface of the substrate. Particularly, a drug delivery system capable of effectively delivering gamma-aminobutyric acid into human body as a target drug has been scarce. However, by using a method to immobilize a target drug after modification of a surface of a chitosan membrane, it is possible to effectively and safely deliver gamma-aminobutyric acid into the human body.본 발명은 기질； 상기 기질의 표면에 형성된 작용기； 및 상기 작용기와 결합되어 상기 기질의 표면에 고정되는 약물을 포함하는 약물 고정 멤브레인을 제공한다.따라서 특히 종래에는 목적약물로 감마-아미노부티르산을 효과적으로 인체 내로 전달할 수 있는 약물 전달 시스템이 매우 부족하였으나, 키토산 멤브레인의 표면을 개질하여 목적 약물을 고정하는 방법으로 감마-아미노부티르산을 인체 내로 안전하고 효과적으로 전달할 수 있다.
