The invention discloses biomimetic bone tissue-engineering materials and a manufacturing method thereof. Through the biomineralization processes, hydroxyapatite crystals can be uniformly distributed on the structure of protein/polysaccharides/TPP nanocomposite. This biomimetic bone tissue-engineering materials are non-toxic and can be integrated with newly growing bone tissues.本發明揭露一種應用於骨組織之材料及其製備方式,上述之材料包含一誘導基材與分佈於基材中之奈米級氫氧基磷灰石,於發明中將上述應用於骨組織之材料簡稱為「奈米骨材」。本發明藉由將蛋白質/多醣體/聚磷酸鹽複合材料透過仿生礦化方式,使奈米級氫氧基磷灰石均勻分佈於結構當中,以提供一種不具毒性,且可與新生骨組織生長相互配合的硬骨組織填充材。
