PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pack which can be fitted to a face in a state of maximizing the tension of essential skin and can supply enough moisture to a skin.SOLUTION: A sheet-like pack includes: a base material 2 which consists of a nonwoven fabric or a woven fabric and a gel 3. The pack is composed so that a cosmetic composition is held by the gel 3 at least, and is used by applying the gel 3 to a face. In the pack 1, an extension rate in the longitudinal direction when applied to the face is 15 to 50%, and an extension rate in the lateral direction when applied to the face is 3 to 14%. A 50% extension recovery rate in the longitudinal direction when applied to the face is 50% or more, and a bleed rate is 9 to 16%.
