The present invention relates to a rope embedding tool comprising: a rope which is inserted into in vivo tissue and remains in the body so as to be bound to in vivo tissue, thereby maintaining tissue or muscle to be in a tense state and a needle for inserting the rope into the in vivo tissue, so as to provide ease in a rope embedding operation while increasing the binding force of the rope to in vivo tissue after the operation, and to eliminate the concern of infection after operation by enabling sanitary treatment through mechanical production.
