The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fish drying device which enables a user to tie fish in an easy manner as a first fastening unit and a second fastening unit having end portions which are detachably joined to each other are assembled while fish is interposed between the first fastening unit and the second fastening unit, reduces labor costs, and can reduce production costs as the fish drying device is used semi-permanently.
