Provided is a continuous sterilization system which is capable of securing a period of uniform irradiation with stability at any part of inner and outer surfaces by firmly supporting a sterilization target so that the sterilization target is not tipped over during a sterilization process, and preventing a part sterilized by electron beam irradiation from being contaminated again. The present invention comprises a first transport medium which supports a cylindrical container from a side surface for continuous transport a first electron beam accelerator which emits an electron beam from a lower surface side of the cylindrical container during the transport by the first transport medium a second transport medium which supports the cylindrical container from the lower surface side sterilized by the electron beam irradiation by the first electron beam accelerator to continuously transport the cylindrical container while rotating the cylindrical container along a cylindrical axis of the cylindrical container a second electron beam accelerator which emits an electron beam from a side surface side through a perimeter of the cylindrical container during the transport by the second transport medium and a third electron beam accelerator which emits an electron beam from an opening portion side toward an inner surface side of the cylindrical container during the transport by the first transport medium or the second transport medium.
