PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely regulate the positioning of a scraper and the width-directional movement of a machine body.SOLUTION: There is provided a waste straw cutter provided by laterally bridging a scraper blade shaft provided by pairing a scraper blade with a scraper body while parallelling with a cutting blade shaft, positioning the cutting edge of an opposing cutting blade facing a space between the paired scraper blade and scraper body, laterally bridging at the opposite side to the cutting blade shaft and parallelly with these shafts a shaft attached with plural scrapers, attaching the base part thereof on the shaft to be freely slidable in the axis direction, fitting a fitting recess formed at the end, to the peripheral half part of the scraper blade shaft positioned between the scraper blade and the scraper body, and intervening the scraper between the scraper blade and the scraper body, wherein a platy restricting body extending in the width direction of the machine body is positioned along the front end surface of the base part of the scraper, vent pieces are formed at the lower end part thereof with spaces in the width direction of the machine body, the vent pieces are vent at the end thereof to direct to the scraper blade or the scraper body so that the adjacent vent piece side end surfaces restrict the positioning of the scrapers and the width-directional movement of the machine body.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡単かつ堅実にスクレーパの位置決めと機体の幅方向の動きを規制する。【解決手段】掻込刃と掻込体とを一対とした掻込刃軸と、切断刃軸とを平行させて横架し、対をなす掻込刃と掻込体との間の間隙に対向する切断刃の刃先部を配置し、切断刃軸とは反対側にはこれらの軸と平行させてスクレーパを複数取り付けた支軸を横架して、その基端部を支軸にその軸線方向に摺動自在に取り付け、先端部に形成した嵌合凹部を掻込刃と掻込体との間に位置する掻込刃軸の外周半部に嵌合させて、掻込刃と掻込体との間にスクレーパを介在させた排藁カッター装置であって、スクレーパの基端部の前端面に沿わせて、機体の幅方向に伸延する板状の規制体を配置し、その下端部には機体の幅方向に間隔を開けて折曲片を形成し、折曲片は先端が掻込刃ないしは掻込体に指向するように折曲させて、隣接する折曲片の側端面同士でスクレーパの位置決めと機体の幅方向の動きを規制した。【選択図】図7
