The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, containing sarpogrelate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient, for preventing, alleviating, or treating sensorineural hearing loss. The sarpogrelate according to the present invention protects against hearing loss caused by noise through the suppression of auditory cell apoptosis and the expression increase of antioxidant enzyme in auditory cells, and thus can be advantageously used in the prevention and alleviation of sensorineural hearing loss.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique, contenant du sarpogrélate ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable correspondant en tant que principe actif, pour prévenir, soulager ou traiter une perte auditive neurosensorielle. Le sarpogrélate selon la présente invention protège contre la perte auditive provoquée par le bruit grâce à la suppression de l'apoptose des cellules auditives et à l'augmentation de l'expression d'une enzyme antioxydante dans les cellules auditives, et peut ainsi être avantageusement utilisé dans la prévention et le soulagement de la perte auditive neurosensorielle.본 발명은 사포그릴레이트 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 유효성분으로 함유하는 감각신경성 난청을 예방, 개선 또는 치료하기 위한 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 사포그릴레이트는 청각세포 사멸의 억제 및 청각세포 내 항산화 효소의 발현 증가 등을 통해 소음에 의해 유발되는 난청을 보호하므로, 감각신경성 난청의 예방 및 개선에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
