PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthodontic apparatus which is surely attached to a patient's tooth and can be easily manufactured according to a different dentition state for each patient. SOLUTION: An orthodontic appliance 1 has an inner housing 5 covering a tooth, a hook 26c formed on the inner housing 5, a second screw 22c inserted into a patient's jaw, a hook 26c and a screw 22c. Since the orthodontic appliance 1 is provided with the ring rubber 24c bridged between the teeth, the orthodontic appliance 1 can be securely attached to the patient's teeth and can reliably correct the patient's teeth.
