PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator which can obtain a paste-like bone regeneration material by mixing and kneading a powder agent and an aqueous medium without being contaminated with bacteria and viruses and which can fill a lost part or a damaged part of bone with the paste-like bone regeneration material.SOLUTION: An applicator 1 of the invention includes: a cylinder 2 which has a hollow cylindrical shape and in the side wall of which a feeding port 7 is formed a plunger 3 which is inserted into the cylinder 2 from an opening in the base end of the cylinder 2 so as to be movable forward and backward a hollow needle 4 which is attached to the end of the cylinder 2 and mixing/kneading means 5 which mixes and kneads a powder agent and an aqueous medium fed into the cylinder 2 from the feeding port 7 to obtain a paste-like bone regeneration material. The bone regeneration material is stored in a chamber 20 formed between the end of the plunger 3 and the end of the cylinder 2. The hollow of the hollow needle 4 communicates with the chamber 20. By reducing the capacity of the chamber 20 by the forward movement operation of the plunger 3, a bone regeneration material P is discharged through the hollow needle 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
