The present invention relates to a psyllium husk pack material and a manufacturing method thereof, whereby the psyllium husk pack material is comprised by mixing 100 wt% of water； 2-4 wt% of psyllium husk powder on the basis of 100 wt% of water； 0.1-0.4 wt% of glycerin based on 100 wt% of water； 0.1-0.4 wt% of natural preservatives based on 100 wt% of water； and 10-22 wt% of plant extracts based on 100 wt% of water. The present invention does not depend on chemicals, but is made by natural substances thereby being able to be used for sensitive skins and be stored for a longer time than a conventional pack material.
