The present invention relates to a composition for topical application comprising a combination of at least one extract from matricaria recutita with at least a deoxyribonucleic acid highly polymerized. It also relates to the use of the said composition in the treatment of wounds, generating has scars, and in the treatment of disorders of the healing. The present invention also relates to a cosmetic treatment method not - treatment of the skin of the body or of the face, in which there is applied to the skin, the composition of the invention.
