Provided is a pharmaceutical composite formulation for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases, which comprises (1) a first particle comprising an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor and a basic additive； and (2) a second particle comprising a core containing aspirin and an enteric coating layer coated on said core, wherein the difference in the average diameters of said first and second particles is 100 mum to 800 mum； a method for preparing same； and a method of validating the quality of same. The pharmaceutical composite formulation according to the present invention can improve the stability of an active ingredient and prevent adverse impacts between the active ingredients to thereby enable an accurate quality validation of the pharmaceutical composite formulation.（１）ＨＭＧ－ＣｏＡレダクターゼ阻害剤および塩基性添加剤を含む第１粒子；および（２）アスピリンを含有するコアおよび該コアにコーティングされた腸溶性コーティング層を含む第２粒子を含む、循環器疾患を予防または治療するための医薬複合製剤であって、該第１および第２粒子の平均直径の差が１００μｍ～８００μｍである、医薬複合製剤；その製造方法；およびその品質を検証する方法を提供する。本発明に記載の医薬複合製剤は、活性成分の安定性を改善し、活性成分間の悪影響を防止し、それにより医薬複合製剤の正確な品質検証を可能にする。
