The present invention relates to an unheated and unmanned spray device and more specifically to an unheated and unmanned spray device that has ease of changing an installation place has a low installation cost and can enhance chemical agent spray efficiency. To this end the unheated and unmanned spray device of the present invention comprises: a smoke agent tank that accommodates a smoke agent therein one or more chemical agent tanks that accommodate a chemical agent therein a spray nozzle that sprays the smoke agent and the chemical agent in the form of smoke a smoke agent piston pump that delivers the smoke agent from the smoke agent tank to the spray nozzle through a smoke agent delivery tube connected therebetween and applies pressure to the smoke agent in order to spray the smoke agent through the spray nozzle a heating unit that heats the smoke agent having passed through the smoke agent piston pump and a chemical agent piston pump that delivers the chemical agent from the chemical agent tank to the spray nozzle through a chemical agent delivery tube connected therebetween.
