PURPOSE: A stretcher is provided to enhance convenience and safety of convoy and prevent escaping of a depressor. CONSTITUTION: A stretcher comprises a main body(2) which has a space for a depressor to lay down and a plurality of holes for holding(3) are formed around edge of the stretcher, a pillow(4) having a cushion function which is located top side of the main body, tie-down straps(5) which one ends are fixed in the main body in order to respectively bind the upper and lower limbs and body of the depressor, and binding clips(10) which fixes or cancels the tie-down straps.
