PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generator for a dental handpiece which hardly generates deterioration in performance even by a high pressure steam sterilization treatment.SOLUTION: Under a condition that it is assembled into the dental handpiece, it becomes an object of the high pressure steam sterilization treatment (for example, 135°C, steam pressure: 2 atm). In order to correspond to this high pressure steam sterilization treatment, in the generator, by using a coil covered AIW (a polyamideimide copper wiring), an improvement of corrosion resistance is realized, and in addition, the improvement of corrosion resistance is realized by wrapping a coil with the resin and the cylindrical body part by filling a silicone resin with a high adhesive properties with the cylindrical body part formed of a thermoplastic member.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】高圧蒸気滅菌処理によっても性能劣化が起きにくい歯科ハンドピース用発電機を提供する。【解決手段】歯科用のハンドピースに組み込まれた状態で、高圧蒸気滅菌処理(例えば、135℃、蒸気圧2atm)の対象となる。この高圧蒸気滅菌処理に対応するため、本実施形態の発電機では、コイル被覆AIW(ポリアミドイミド銅線)を使用することで耐食性の向上を実現し、また、熱可塑性部材で形成する円筒胴部との密着性が高いシリコーン系樹脂を充填して該樹脂と円筒胴部とでコイルを包みこむことで耐食性の向上を実現する。【選択図】図1
