PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coherence tomographic image generation device that can reduce turbulence of an image by camera shake.SOLUTION: An optical coherence tomographic image generation device includes a probe having a grip part and a nozzle, and having a two-dimensional scanning mechanism built therein for reflecting the light incident from one side of the grip part and the nozzle to the other side while shifting a position by time division drive; and an optical unit for dividing the light emitted from a light source into the measuring light and the reference light, and detecting the interference light obtained by interference between the scattered light having the measuring light reflected and returned from an irradiated measuring object through the probe and the reference light.
