The present invention relates to a mask sheet having magnetic component-containing protrusions associated therewith and, particularly, to a base sheet for use in a mask pack, the mask sheet comprising: a base sheet cut into a face shape and a plurality of magnetic protrusions that contains ferrite powder and is heat-sealed at predetermined distances to one surface of the base sheet, wherein neighboring magnetic protrusions have opposite magnetic poles and thus can improve blood circulation in a user using the base sheet. The present invention can exhibit a maximum aesthetic effect in such a way that when applied to a user, the base sheet associated with a plurality of magnetic protrusions which have magnetic poles opposite of neighboring magnetic protrusions remarkably increases blood circulation in the user so as to facilitate the skin penetration of an essence used in combination therewith.
