The present invention relates to a novel liposome-based contrast agent for inhibiting uptake of a reticuloendothelial system and for tumor-specific delivery of a radioactive marker, and more specifically, to a liposome contrast agent comprising a compound of Chemical Formula 1 as a radioactive marker and a lipid, and to a composition for diagnosing cancer, containing the liposome contrast agent as an active ingredient, wherein the lipid consists of: (a) cholesterol； (b) 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DPPC)； and (c) 1,2-diteraroyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N [methoxy (polyethyleneglycol)-2000 (DSPE-PEG2000)]. In the case of manufacturing a liposome system in which a contrast material of Chemical Formula 1 is loaded with a unique lipid composition provided in the present invention, a tumor-to-organ uptake ratio is significantly increased compared to RES organs, and thus diagnosis efficiency for tumor of the compound of Chemical Formula 1 is greatly increased.본 발명은 세망내피계 흡수의 억제 및 방사성 표지물질의 종양 특이적 운반을 위한 신규 리포좀 기반 조영제에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 방사성 표지 물질로서 <；화학식 1>；의 화합물 및 지질로 이루어진 리포좀 조영제에 있어서, 상기 지질이 (a) 콜레스테롤(Cholesterol)； (b) 1,2-디팔미토일-sn-글리세로-3-포스포콜린(DPPC)； 및 (c) 1,2-디스테아로일-sn-글리세로-3-포스포에탄올아민-N[메톡시(폴리에틸렌글리콜)-2000(DSPE-PEG2000)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리포좀 조영제와 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 진단용 조성물에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 특유의 지질 조성으로 화학식 1의 조영물질을 탑재한 리포좀 시스템을 제작하는 경우 RES 장기 대비 종양에서의 조영물질 흡수율(Tumor-to-organ uptake ratio)이 현저히 상승되어, 화학식 1 화합물의 종양에 대한 진단적 효율이 대단히 높아진다.
