PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat source holding instrument and an eye warming instrument using the same that are capable of sufficiently exhibiting safety and hyperthermic effect even when the user moves his body by fixing a heat source in a simple manner.SOLUTION: A heat source holding instrument includes a substantially semicircular net part b in contact with one end of a cylinder part a, and a removable lid part c covering the opposite side of the net part to the side that is in contact with the cylinder part. The net part is formed from substantially the same two net parts and held therebetween so as to fix a heat source d. The heat source is fixed to an inside position which does not expose from the other end of the cylinder part.
