The invention discloses a centrifuge drum for separating whole blood into blood constituents. The centrifuge drum comprises a rotatable body, an inlet and at least one vibration reducing component, wherein the rotatable body is provided with a body part and a neck part the body part defines the inside for receiving the whole blood the rotatable body can rotate to separate the whole blood into multiple blood constituents the body part is also provided with a raised shoulder part extending between the body part and the neck part the inlet is communicated with the internal fluid of the rotatable body and is set to lead the whole blood into the rotatable body and the at least one vibration reducing component is positioned on the raised shoulder part and set to reinforce at least one part of the rotatable body and reduce the vibration of the centrifuge drum when the centrifuge drum rotates.
