PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid force-ripe system.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a liquid force-ripe system for accelerating maturation of a specific liquid (for example, alcohol, vinegar or soy sauce) and differs from a conventional maturation device (or catalyst system) for using a nano metal catalyst having a carrier, or a nano metal catalyst having no carrier, performing a catalyst reaction to the specific liquid, the present invention uses plural pieces of nano metal thin pieces as catalysts, and accelerates maturation of the specific liquid in combination with a liquid force-ripe system which is designed specially. The present invention can mixes the plural nano metal thin pieces and specific liquid in a reaction space formed of a stand and a filtration net, and simultaneously, links the stand to a gas circulation pipe set.
