The present invention relates to a coaxial needle which guides a biopsy needle during a biopsy procedure. The coaxial needle includes: a sheath having a pathway through which the biopsy needle passes； and a valve arranged on the pathway. The valve is in the shape of a globe, has a hole through which the biopsy needle can pass, is made of rubber, and rotates around an axis of rotation. When using the coaxial needle of the present invention, a user can easily check whether the valve is open or closed using a grip.본 개시는 생검시 생검 바늘을 가이드하는 코엑시얼 바늘에 있어서, 생검 바늘이 지나가는 통로를 구비한 시스； 그리고, 상기 통로 상에 구비되어 있는 밸브；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코엑시얼 바늘에 대한 것이다.
