The present invention relates to a double coupling jig for manufacturing an implant abutment including a fixing guide. More specifically, a jig and a jig screw are doubly coupled and the jig screw and an abutment screw are doubly coupled, but a guide is included to fix the abutment screw installed by having the lower part fixing the outer surface of the jig and having the upper part penetrating the abutment. As such, vibrations and wobbles, caused when the abutment is being cut through rotation at a high speed, are minimized, and thus, precise machining is possible and the abutment does not require extra posttreatment.본 발명은 고정용 가이드가 부설되어 있는 임플란트 어버트먼트 제작용 이중결합 지그에 관한 것으로서 구체적으로는 본 발명은 지그와 지그스크류의 결합과 지그스크류와 어버트먼트스크류의 결합이 이중결합으로 이루어지되 하부는 지그의 외주면을 고정시키고 상부는 어버트먼트를 관통하여 설치되는 어버트먼트스크류를 고정시키는 가이드를 포함하여 고속으로 어버트먼트를 회전시켜 절삭 가공할 때 발생되는 흔들림과 진동을 최소화하여 정밀가공이 가능하도록 하며, 별도의 후처리를 요하지 않는 어버트먼트를 제작할 수 있도록 하는 고정용 가이드가 부설된 임플란트 어버트먼트 제작용 이중결합 지그에 관한 것이다.
