In the present invention, provided is a device for manufacturing a three-dimensional barb for suture threads, which can be transferred in an equal interval, including a transferring unit which fixes both sides of the suture threads to transfer the fixed suture thread to a first direction； a position determination unit connected to one side of the transferring unit, which determines a moving distance of the transferring unit to enable the transferring unit to be transferred in a unit interval； and a cutting unit which moves a cutter back and forth in the first direction and a second direction which is not parallel with the first direction to manufacture the barb on the surface of the suture thread.등간격 이송이 가능한 봉합사용 3차원 미늘 형성 장치가 제공된다. 봉합사용 3차원 미늘 형성 장치는, 봉합사의 양측을 각각 고정하고, 상기 고정된 봉합사를 제1 방향으로 이동시키는 이송 유닛； 상기 이송 유닛의 일 측에 결합되어, 상기 이송 유닛이 소정의 단위 간격으로 이동되도록 상기 이송 유닛의 이동 거리를 결정하는 위치 결정 유닛； 및 상기 봉합사의 표면에 미늘을 형성하기 위해 커터를 상기 제1 방향과 평행하지 않은 제2 방향으로 왕복 이동시키는 커팅 유닛을 포함한다.
