PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable storage device that allows probe cables to be stretched without looseness between a device body and probes, improves probe operability by preventing a plurality of the probe cables from being entangled with each other, and prevents them from being suspended on the floor so as to avoid becoming obstacles for walking.SOLUTION: Each one-end part of probe cables 6, sequentially spanning one movable pulley 37, a fixed pulley 66, and the other movable pulley 38, is led out from each cable drawing-out port 46A, 47A of a handled cover 15. A moving member 23 is moved against the repellent force of a spiral spring 17 via the movable pulleys 37, 38 and the fixed pulley 66 according to the length by which the one-end part or both end parts of the probe cable 6 are drawn out to the outside of the handled cover 15.
