PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new greening technology for quickly investigating and discovering greening plants which originally come from Japan, can retain a landscape peculiar to the country, and have a strong vital force, capable of planting and acclimating the greening plants effectively in a short period, and thereafter capable of retaining/managing the plants healthily and economically for years.SOLUTION: A plant vegetation base material (A) can plant and acclimate an object plant C by using a plant vegetation foundation D as a package base material F which is obtained by filling a bag-like or box-like foundation container E having water permeability, air permeability and stretchability and made of a biodegradable material with a prescribed amount of the vegetation material (A) which is obtained by adding wood decay fungus same as the autogenesis ground of the object plant C and/or other bacteria to a soil substitute material B swelling by adding water, and including at least one among rock particles and/or other material particles, pectin, and fertilizer and/or microelement. The plant vegetation foundation D (F, and G) using the base material, and a method for planting Chrysanthemum pacificum using the base material and foundation are also provided.
