The present invention relates to an optical fiber probe capable of identifying the position and progress of a lesion present in a blood vessel and eliminating the lesion, and an endoscope apparatus including the same. The optical fiber probe, which is installed in an endoscope apparatus provided with a photographing unit for photographing the interior of a body and obtaining a surface image of a measurement object, comprises an optical fiber, a driving unit, and a cover unit. The optical fiber receives a plurality of lights outputted from the outside and transmits the same to a measurement object, receives at least one of a first light signal reflected from the measurement object, a second light signal reflected and refracted from the measurement object, and a third light signal generated from the measurement object and transmits the same to the photographing unit or provides a treatment laser beam to the lesion of the measurement object. The driving unit is connected to one side of the optical fiber to control the moving direction of the optical fiber. The cover unit is configured to surround the optical fiber and the driving unit.혈관 내에 존재하는 병변의 위치 및 진척도를 확인할 수 있는 동시에 병변의 제거가 가능한 광섬유 프로브 및 이를 포함하는 내시경 장치에 관한 것이다. 광섬유 프로브는 신체 내부를 촬영하여 측정 대상체의 표면 영상을 획득하기 위한 촬영부가 마련된 내시경 장치에 설치되는 것으로, 광섬유와, 구동부, 및 커버부를 포함한다. 광섬유는 외부에서 출력되는 복수의 광을 수신하여 측정 대상체로 전달하며, 측정 대상체로부터 반사된 제1 광 신호와 측정 대상체로부터 반사되어 굴절된 제2 광 신호와 측정 대상체에서 발생하는 제3 광 신호 중 적어도 하나를 수신하여 촬영부로 전송하거나, 측정 대상체의 병변에 치료용 레이저 빔을 제공한다. 구동부는 광섬유의 일측에 연결되어 광섬유의 이동 방향을 제어한다. 커버부는 광섬유 및 구동부를 감싸도록 형성된다.
