PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine inspection apparatus which can prevent a shade from appearing in a medicine to be inspected when imaging the medicine to be inspected from above with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A medicine inspection apparatus includes a case C provided with a measuring weight part W and an imaging device 20 in an inner space. In the inner space of the case C, lighting equipment for irradiating medicine positioned at an appropriate position for imaging with a light beam from above is provided. As lighting equipment, a light source part 30 for emitting light upward and a reflecting panel H which is positioned above the medicine and reflects the light emitted by the light source part 30 downward are provided in the inner space.
