PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) elminating device for heightening the concentration degree of the VOC by maximizing elminating efficiency of the VOC, and also enabling self-sustained combustion of the VOC.SOLUTION: The VOC elminating device 10 includes: a plurality of VOC adsorbents 12 for elminating the VOC by adsorption from processing object gas F; a housing 11; a regenerated gas supply device 14 for supplying heated regenerated gas H to the VOC adsorbents 12; a gas switching device 16 for alternately switching the flows of the processing object gas F and the heated regenerated gas H; and a processing object gas exhaust dust 46 for discharging VOC-removed processing object gas F' to the atmosphere. The regenerated gas supply device 14 includes: a regenerated gas circulation duct 20 for circulating the regenerated gas H; a combustion furnace 22 for receiving the regenerated gas H containing the VOC and burning the VOC with the use of introduced oxygen; and a regenerated gas exhaust duct 28 for making a part of the regenerated gas H flow to the processing object gas exhaust dust 46.【課題】VOCの除去効率を極大化して、VOCの濃縮度を高め、かつ自燃させることのできるVOC除害装置を提供する。【解決手段】VOC除害装置10を、処理対象ガスFからVOCを吸着除去する複数のVOC吸着体12と、ハウジング11と、加熱された再生ガスHをVOC吸着体12に供給する再生ガス供給装置14と、処理対象ガスFと加熱された再生ガスHとの通流を交互に切り換えるガス切換装置16と、VOC除去済みの処理対象ガスF’を大気放出する処理対象ガス排出ダクト46とで構成し、再生ガス供給装置14を、再生ガスHを循環させる再生ガス循環ダクト20と、VOCを含有する再生ガスHを受け入れ、導入した酸素によってVOCを燃焼させる燃焼炉22と、再生ガスHの一部を処理対象ガス排出ダクト46に流す再生ガス排出ダクト28とで構成することにより、上記課題を解決できる。【選択図】図1
