The invention relates to a partly neutralized anionic (meth)acrylate copolymer consisting of radically polymerized units containing 25-95% by weight (meth)acrylic acid C1 to C4 alkylesters and 5-75% by weight (meth)acrylate monomer with an anionic group, wherein 0.1 to 25% contained anionic groups are neutralized by a base. Said invention is characterized in that said base is embodied in the form of an cationic organic base whose molecular weight is greater than 150. A medical form containing said partly neutralized anionic (meth)acrylate copolymer and the use of said partly neutralized anionic (meth)acrylate copolymer for producing a medical form rapidly releasing an active substance having a determined pH value are also disclosed.본 발명은 (메트)아크릴산의 C1- 내지 C4-알킬 에스테르 25 내지 95 중량% 및 음이온 기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 5 내지 75 중량%를 함유하는 라디칼상으로 중합된 단위로 이루어지고, 이때 함유된 음이온 기의 0.1 내지 25%가 염기에 의해 중화된 것인 부분 중화된 음이온 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상기 염기가 150 초과의 분자량을 갖는 양이온 유기 염기의 형태로 구체화된 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 부분 중화된 음이온 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체를 함유하는 의약 제형 및 소정의 pH 수치를 갖는 활성 성분을 속방출하는 의약 제형을 제조하기 위한 상기 부분 중화된 음이온 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체의 용도도 또한 개시된다.
