A carrier is disposed on the frame. A transportation wheel is disposed at the bottom of the carrier. A secondary gear is disposed at the outer side of the transportation wheel. The secondary gear couples with the transmission gear on the rotation axis. A linking rotating wheel is also disposed on the carrier. A seed transportation belt is circled around the linking rotating wheel and the transportation wheel. A carrier container is disposed on the seed transportation belt. A seed box is disposed atop the carrier container. A seed-drop pipe is disposed at one edge of the seed transportation belt. A channel maker is disposed in front of the lower edge of the seed-drop pipe. The channel maker is disposed below the frame. A connection plate is disposed at the back of the frame. The two sides of the connection plate include a separate soil covering plate, respectively. A linking rod is pivotally connected to the connection plate. A pressing wheel is disposed under the linking rod which is located at the back of the soil covering plate.
