Provided is a hemostatic bandage comprising: a hemostatic assisting layer formed by applying a first solution including chitosan and organic acid on an upper surface of a fabric and a hemostatic promoting layer formed by applying a second solution including kaolin on an upper surface of the hemostatic assisting layer. The first solution contains organic acids and 0.01 to 3 wt% of chitosan. The second solution contains 0.1 to 20 wt% of kaolin.
