PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which is suitable for hair and scalp, in which, in massaging of a scalp, fingers can be passed to hair easily on the scalp and massage can be facilitated, and fingers can be passed to hair easily after washing hair, and in which stickiness of scalp and hair can be suppressed.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic comprises: a component (A) which is cationic surfactant； a component (B) which is straight chain or branch chain saturated or unsaturated fatty alcohol having C10-22； a component (C1) which is silicone including amino modified silicone； a component (D) an inorganic powder body except for water expansive clay mineral； and water.
