An object of the present invention is to provide a three-dimensional cell structure having a sufficient thickness for tissue regeneration and uniformly present cells in the structure. According to the present invention, there is provided a cell structure comprising a polymer block having biocompatibility and cells, wherein a plurality of the polymer blocks are arranged in a gap between the plurality of cells.본 발명의 목적은 조직 재생에 충분한 두께를 갖고, 또한 구조체내에서 세포가 균일하게 존재하는 세포 3차원 구조체를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 생체 친화성을 갖는 고분자 블록과 세포를 포함하고, 상기 복수개의 세포 사이의 간극에 복수개의 상기 고분자 블록이 배치되어 있는 세포 구조체가 제공된다.
