The present invention relates to an antitumoral combination comprising cabazitaxel, which may be in the form of anhydrous base, a hydrate or a solvate, and cisplatin. The present invention relates also to a pharmaceutical composition containing such a combination and to the use of this combination and/or pharmaceutical composition in the treatment of neoplastic diseases, more particularly in the treatment of cancer.
