The claimed method allows the nanoscalar preparation of balanced active substance or vital substance concentrates with a high biological significance. The invention is based on a combination of an adsorption or absorption stage with a controlled desorption stage. In the adsorption or absorption stage, the active substance species is rudimentarily produced in nanoscalar form. In the desorption stage, the sorbent, and parallel thereto the sorbated species, is released as a result of an acid-base reaction. This release or activation of the nanoscalar active or vital substances occurs immediately prior to ingestion or application by the user, in particular in the form of peroral application. The claimed method allows the preparation of vital substances of plant and/or animal origin in a concentrated form with a high level of bioavailability. The claimed devices allow the suitable combination of the reactive components and make it possible for the user to release in a targeted manner the a priori unstable nanoscalar active substance or vital substance species prior to ingestion or application. The claimed device is suitable for preparing liquids and drinks, the components of which must be mixed in a specific sequence in order to achieve optimum solubility.
