PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for introducing a medicine to cells, which introduces a foreign molecule to a large number of cells by a single application in high efficiency and an apparatus for introducing a medicine to cells.
SOLUTION: The method for introducing a medicine to cells comprises chemically modifying a medicine with a positive charge-having substance which has an interaction with the medicine to form a complex with the medicine, accumulating the chemically modified substance in the vicinity of cells, irradiating a light absorption body arranged in the vicinity of the cells with a laser beam and applying an induced stress wave to the cells.
