The seawater without precipitates in the water bucket is poured in a septic tank with filtering materials and filtered. Purified seawater is supplied to an evaporation board, which is located at the top of a evaporation board set, by passing filtering material in the septic tank. The seawater is evaporated until the temperature gets a certain degree in a state which sea water supplied is stored in the evaporation board. The process of passing the seawater to the other neighboring evaporation board by opening a discharge hole is repeated in an order until the seawater gets to the lowest evaporation board from the highest evaporation board. The seawater fell down is supplied by opening a discharge hole of the evaporation board which is positioned at the lowest position among the evaporation boards.
