PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter which can increase the planting depth.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter includes a seedling-planting device 91 for planting seedlings loaded on a platform in a field. The seedling-planting device 91 includes planting rods 94 for planting seedlings in the field, seedling-planting cases 93, driving gears 102, driven gears 103, relay gears 104, and sub-relay gears 105. The driving gear 102 is disposed in the central portion of the seedling-planting case 93, and is rotated with driving forces from a planting driving shaft 101. The driven gears 103 are disposed at both end portions of the seedling-planting case 93, and drive the planting rods 94. The relay gears 104 are disposed between the driving gear 102 and the driven gears 103, and relay the driving forces. The sub-relay gears 105 are disposed on the rotation shafts of the relay gears 104 and have smaller diameters than the relay gears 104.
