The invention discloses a composition having a continuous anti-fatigue function and containing ribose and caffeine. The composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-99.9 parts of ribose and 0.1-99 parts of caffeine or 1-99.99 parts of ribose and 0.01-99 parts of caffeine. The composition containing ribose and caffeine disclosed by the invention can be used for enhancing body energy and resisting the short-term and long-term fatigue of a human body. By combining the ribose and the caffeine, the composition can keep a cool head and excite spirit, and simultaneously the composition can supplement energy needed by the human body, so as to keep full physical strength durably. The composition disclosed by the invention can be used for effectively improving the symptom of post fatigue and discomfort caused by short excitation of the human body taking a current functional product which adopts caffeine as a main anti-fatigue component, so as to better keep durable physical strength. Experiments show that the composition product containing ribose and caffeine can be used for improving energy overdraft of the human body, so as to develop a durable anti-fatigue effect.
