The present invention relates to a method for culturing mesenchymal stem cells, which comprises the steps of: separating mesenchymal stem cells having size of 8 &mu；m or less； and culturing the same under the condition of existence of calcium and magnesium, and less oxygen. The proliferation and diffusion of mesenchymal stem cells can be extremely improved through the method.
