PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innovative monitoring object entity information transmission device.SOLUTION: The monitoring object entity information transmission device comprises: a transmitter capable of wirelessly transmitting position information of a monitoring object entity acquired by using a satellite； and an air cell for feeding electric power to the transmitter. The air cell, in which specific identification information for specifying a transmission source is previously displayed, comprises: an air-permeable film for taking oxygen in the air； and an opaque and non-air-permeable seal for covering the air-permeable film.
