PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prohibit hot water supply in a bathtub without supplying hot water in the bathtub when a drain plug is in an open state in a bathing apparatus for opening/closing the drain plug manually.SOLUTION: A bathing apparatus comprises: a bathtub 2 including drain plugs 8a, 8b a hot water storage tub 3 a hot water transfer passage which is connected to the bathtub 2 and the hot water storage tub 3, and in which hot water flows operation parts 9a, 9b connected to the drain plugs 8a, 8b, and for opening/closing the drain plugs 8a, 8b a detection part for detecting the movement of the operation parts 9a, 9b and a control part for controlling the movement of the hot water.
