Disclosed is an application of Lactobacillus plantarum ZN-3 in the preparation of drugs for treating or preventing infection of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus. The Lactobacillus plantarum or a fermentation supernatant thereof is capable of reducing infectious activity of the PEDV virus on host cells to a certain extent and inhibiting cell infection caused by invasion of the PEDV virus. All three of the processing techniques for a suspension of Lactobacillus plantarum ZN-3 have direct inhibitory effects on the virus. The fermentation supernatant of Lactobacillus plantarum prepared by adding the fermentation supernatant followed by a PEDV diluent； or by the simultaneous addition of the fermentation supernatant and the PEDV diluent also has direct inhibitory effects on the virus. The inhibition rate of both techniques was 32.08% and 13.21% respectively. The Lactobacillus plantarum or the fermentation supernatant with a pH of 7.0 is not toxic and causes no side effects to cells, and can be used for preventing and treating infection of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus.L'invention concerne une application de Lactobacillus plantarum ZN-3 dans la préparation de médicaments pour le traitement ou la prévention d'une infection par le virus de la diarrhée épidémique porcine.
